ENROLLING K-5 FOR THE 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR
-Maria Montessori
Apogee is defined as the highest point in the development of something; a climax or culmination. Apogee Strong exists to reseed freedom in our children and in our nation through education for the entire family.
At Apogee Summit, our mission is to cultivate life-long learners through a Montessori-based approach that empowers students through core academics, critical thinking, and real-world project based learning. This academic foundation is further strengthened through emphases on physical education, fitness, and strong moral character. By nurturing these principles, we aim to empower students and their families to face challenges with resilience and to contribute positively to our community. We want to raise independent free thinkers through values-driven standards, not standardization.
“It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to
have tried to succeed.”
Our learners master the foundational skills of reading, writing, and math, while also exploring science, history, and social studies according to individual student goals set with parent collaboration.
Speech, logic, and debate cultivates the ability to think critically and engage in civil discourse. Our students will participate in daily Socratic discussions.
Movement and play is critical for a child's physical and mental well-being. Each day, students will engage in physical activities that promote strength, coordination, and confidence. We have partnered with Physiology First to design daily exercise that will strengthen the body and establish healthy habits. Free play is encouraged to support creativity and social interaction. Daily outdoor time on our campus in the woods will connect students with nature and inspire their exploration and curiosity.
Throughout the year, students will engage in hands-on, real-world projects that will help them develop tools for life by using their heads, hands, and communication skills to apply what they are learning in their core academic studies.
Students learn to live by a code that is exemplified by our staff and incorporated into their academic and physical training. They learn the importance of integrity, bravery, compassion, politeness, honesty, honor, and loyalty.
By engaging in on-campus responsibilities, community service, and collaborative projects, students gain valuable real-life experience and ownership in their educational journey and community.
